The Community Outreach Arts and Cultural Center - Indianapolis
Architecture for Humanity Indianapolis Chapter along with partnering organizations and the Reagan Park neighborhood help creates an urban pocket park for a community center at Reagan Park, located at the intersection of 23rd street and Guilford Street, by repurposing the materials from the 2nd Annual Park(ing) Day event 2010 hosted by the Indianapolis Chapter.
